Delivery Information
Once you place an order, we process it within 1 to 3 business days. Since some of our products are custom-made, processing times may vary. You will receive a confirmation email, and after shipping, a tracking number.
Delivery Times
We deliver throughout Bulgaria via Speedy / Econt. Estimated delivery times are:
- To a courier office or automatic locker: 2 to 5 business days
- To an address: 2 to 5 business days
These times are approximate and start running after the shipment is dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed. The total time is the sum of the processing time and the delivery time.
Delivery Prices
The delivery price is calculated at checkout according to the chosen method and is displayed before payment.
For orders over 60 euros, delivery is free.
International Delivery
Currently, we only deliver within Bulgaria.
Delays
Sometimes delivery may be delayed due to courier workload, bad weather, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please carefully check the delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay for redelivery.
Unreceived Shipments
If your shipment does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at bgenev@solvio.bg and we will check the status with the courier.
Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your shipment on the Speedy / Econt website.
